Bankruptcy is a legal process in which consumers and businesses may eliminate or repay some or all of their debts under the protection of the federal bankruptcy court. There are criteria that must be met in order to determine if you are eligible to file either a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 Bankruptcy.  Mr. McConnell typically handles Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy cases.  He will help determine the type of bankruptcy for which you are eligible.
