In addition to Chapter 7 & 13 bankruptcy, there are two other types of reorganization bankruptcy: Chapter 11 and Chapter 12. Chapter 11 is designed for the reorganization of a business, but it is also available to consumer debtors when they exceed the debt limitation of Chapter 13. It is complicated and expensive. Chapter 12 is designed to permit family farmers repay their debts. The McConnell Law Office does not handle these two types of bankruptcy cases.

Payment options are available - For select Chapter 7 bankruptcies, Mr. McConnell may set up payment plans. (Payment must be complete before the case may be filed).
